Returns, Refund and Exchange Policy

We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed merchandise purchased on for return. Exchanges are only possible if there is enough stock in the warehouse to do so, if not a refund will be processed.

Please be aware that Dianic product lines for vintage bohemian clothing, reuse and rewear lines and our lingerie range are exempt from returns and refunds. All clothing within these product ranges are not to be returned and no refunds available.

To return an item please inform Dianic Boutique first via your online account and return the item in its original packaging. Please be aware that return postage is not currently covered. Please return the item within 14 days of delivery, we’ll credit your original form of payment.

If it’s received after 14 days no refund or exchange will not be available. If the item received is damaged or defective in any way no refund will be processed. In addition, if the item is lost in transit Dianic Boutique reserve the right to not refund the product.

Go to returns in your online account and enter your order number and e-mail address to select the items you would like to return in the. Be sure to complete the dispatch note and include it with your returned items.

When Will I Be Refunded?

Your return will usually be processed within a week. We’ll send you an email to confirm once the return has been completed. Please allow 1-5 working days for refunds to be received once the return has been processed.

You can send items back to us at your own expense to the address below using any trackable/insured delivery method.

Please contact us via your online account stating your order number and contact details. Delivery charge will be refunded due to receipt of wrong item.
